When you see " Unauthorized supplies are installed","10.10.43"or"10.00.30" on your ptinter  while 

using compatible toner cartridge.  You need to disable HP Cartridge Protection on your Printer !

Please do as follows when you are using HP 414、HP 415 toner cartridge:             

First,  drop down main menu from the top of the screen or click“OK” to enter “Set up”. 

Second, find the“Supply Settings”.

Third, find “Cartridge Policy”then select“Off” ，find “Cartridge Protection”then select“Off” .

Please do as follows when you have other HP toner besides HP414、HP415 ：

First, click“OK” or select “Setup”to enter“Setup Menu”.

Second, find the“System Setup” to select“Supply Settings”.

Third, find “Cartridge Policy”then select“Off” ，find “Cartridge Protection”then select“Off” .
